And, as we have discovered, these military leaders have succumbed to a fatal fanaticism for killing and destruction, as a result of which they recklessly have their terrible and personal desires in this regard – and thus their fundamental aspirations – enforced by their war servants in a delusion that satisfies them, without any qualms and, without exception, without a flicker of thought and therefore also without any emotional response.
