Contact conversation between Billy Meier & the Plejaren Ptaah

Billy:
Well, what Bermunda told me about two years ago is that something monstrous is brewing worldwide, namely that, driven by cybercrime, the entire population of Earth-humans is to be brought under a dictatorial yoke, ultimately controlled from North Korea by the dictator Kim Jong Un, who has exercised totalitarian control over the country and its people since 2011; consequently, there is no opposition, as anyone who utters even a single word of dissent faces the death penalty – and immediately at that. Executions are carried out very swiftly. Consequently, there is no freedom of the press anywhere in North Korea, and the entire population is under constant surveillance. In North Korea, the dictator Kim Jong-un – who, to my knowledge, studied in Bern in his younger years – is driving forward the North Korean nuclear programme with fanatical zeal, also the constant expansion of his murderous organisation and the grooming of his daughter Kim Ju Ae, who is apparently set to succeed him.
Kim Jomg Un:
Now, Bermunda has explained to me that, on the orders of this misanthropic and fanatically power-obsessed dictator Kim Jong Un, countless North Koreans – both men and women – have been trained in cyber activities, computers, AI, networks, data processing, digital technologies and so on, and ‘dispatched’ across the globe. Each of these persons has been provided with false documents and false identities, for example, posing as South Koreans, or as Japanese or nationals of other countries, who are now secretly working worldwide in every country – also including Switzerland, Germany and also everywhere in Europe – in accordance with the deranged instructions of the dictator Kim Jong Un, to bring the entire nature and workings of global digitalisation under his greedy control. The intention, as explained by Bermunda, is that the entire world of digitalisation should fall into the greedy hands and under the control of Kim Jong Un, thereby bringing about a transformation of global society in accordance with his delusional fantasies of world domination. This is also intended to bring the entire computer and internet sectors, etc., as well as artificial intelligence, fully under his control, thereby enabling him to shape the daily lives of the Earth’s population, also the working lives of Earth-humans and the management of national and global economies. This is exactly the same as what the American dictator Donald Trump is striving for, only it appears in yet another despicable form – one that is boisterous and spiteful – and which, of course, is also intended to conceal his true aims in his obsession with the pursuit of world hegemony.

Ptaah:
We are aware of all this, because Bermunda’s reports on such occurrences form part of her duties, which she is required to convey to us on an ongoing basis.

Billy:
I know that, including the fact that you have your people here on Earth observe, investigate, and record everything. However, it is not clear to me what you then need or use these records and findings for? Is it too much to ask, and am I permitted to ask, what you actually do with all these records and what purpose they serve?

Ptaah:
This is no secret, but a completely official matter, for all the information we gather regarding the open and secret political manoeuvres and decisions, etc., of Earth’s national governments – whereby nothing can remain hidden from us – is systematically recorded and archived by us. This is followed by a thorough review of the whole matter by our full committee of more than 1.5 million members representing all bodies across the entire Federation, after which the entire record is comprehensively released for the information of all peoples of Erra and the entire Federation – without any alterations whatsoever – in order to show them how everything on Earth is being mishandled, thereby giving rise to discord, unrest, conflict, hatred and war – just as was the case for us throughout the ANKAR Universe some 53,000 years ago also – yet through the ‘Sphere of Peace’, understanding and reason were awakened in human beings, giving rise to lasting, permanent peace. As a result, a far-reaching federation came into being, and ever since then we have been endeavouring to spread true peace throughout the vast expanses of our ANKAR Universe – also beyond our federation – through teaching and guidance; consequently, we have already succeeded in bringing peace to populations across vast regions of our cosmos, spanning millions of light-years.

Billy:
I already know this from Sfath, as your father explained it to me. However, I have not spoken to anyone about it so far, because Earthlings cannot even begin to imagine what is so commonplace in your ANKAR Universe, let alone that effective peace prevails practically throughout the entire ANKAR Universe.

Ptaah:
For this to happen, it is essential that Earth-humans turn to their intellect and reason, free themselves from all forms of belief, and completely purge their character of all falsehood, wickedness and malice, lies, and everything deceitful and depraved, destroying it all and turning towards a righteous mindset.

Billy:
But first, something else: Bermunda has some very special tasks to carry out here on Earth; she explained to me that, amongst other things, she is involved in monitoring the cyber economy. I do not understand any of that, but she explained to me that the whole concept of the cyber economy relates to the digital security of the entire global business world. This is said to include the protection of digital data, or rather a certain level of security against attacks by hackers, which would also encompass the protection of personal, private, government and corporate data. She said that huge sums of money are also stolen via fraudulent emails, with banks, the wealthy, companies and corporations are particularly affected, often through the theft of important data. This also happens via telephone calls, for example through private scam calls purporting to be from PayPal or Amazon. All sorts of emails and tricks are used to obtain important login details – such as those for bank accounts – from unsuspecting victims. Well, Bermunda says that cyber security protects networks and computers from digital attacks, also from theft and damage, etc., with strong passwords being a key area of protection, as are malware protection and anti-phishing measures – though, as a layman, these are terms I do not really understand.

Artificial Intelligence:
Billy:
Thank you for the explanation, but as far as I know, it is not just about that, because AI – or artificial intelligence – also plays a major role in all of this. It is already running amok, interfering independently in foreign systems and causing damage. As a precursor to Androidism – which is emerging, is already being tested in secret and operates in much the same way – this will bring great calamity upon all of humanity. The vast majority of Earthlings are so simple-minded and lowly intelligent that they do not give a second thought to the fact that AI is already running amok of its own accord and causing damage. Also do the vast majority of Earthlings give no thought to what will happen when Androidism arrives and the androids turn coldly and unfeelingly against humanity. Whilst this is still in the future, the fact remains that artificial intelligence is already the precursor to future calamity, for criminals are already exploiting it in all manner of ways for their dishonest schemes. They are the perpetrators and the attackers who use AI for their scams and create deceptively realistic fake, artificially generated or simply altered photos, of which I am now receiving plenty via beam. Audio files and videos are also produced in this way which, as Bermunda explained to me, are created, fabricated and falsified – or ‘faked’, as the English say – using a specific AI method. Alongside the replacement or recreation of faces, voices are also perfectly imitated, and verbal assertions and statements are put into people’s mouths that are brimming with lies and do not correspond at all to the truth. Through this AI method, the people in question are made to appear to have said or done things that they are supposed to have said or done, but which they have in reality never said or done. The AI manipulates gestures, facial expressions and voices to such an extent that it is no longer possible to distinguish them from the original voice. This results in deceptively ‘real’ fabricated statements attributed to various persons, such as politicians, thereby manipulating elections, also as well as by human beings who deal with specific issues, matters and facts; consequently, these individuals are then branded as liars and fraudsters because deceitful, fraudulent and fabricated ‘statements’ are ‘conjured up’ and put into their mouths using their own falsified voices and likenesses.

Yet everything is already showing signs of what that mad American dictator is concocting – who, as a blatant hegemon with insane tariffs, covert warfare in Persia and the US ‘killer fleet’ of warships, as well as through mad, dictatorial decrees, is striving for world domination – without the idiotic, lowly intelligent section of the American people who elected him realising what this scoundrel actually wants. Consequently, he can block the Strait of Hormuz in the Persian Gulf – which is around 55 kilometres wide – with part of the American naval fleet, preventing all the merchant ships and giant oil tankers that wish to trade and transport crude oil for consumption across the globe from passing through; the oil is mainly produced in Saudi Arabia, Persia/Iran and Iraq. However, all shipping in the Persian Gulf is also being blocked, mined and shut down by the Persians. As a result, oil and petrol shortages around the world are becoming increasingly severe, as are the exorbitant prices for these commodities, for which the blame lies with the mad American dictator Trump, who has not been removed from office by his equally very stupid – utterly lowly intelligent – American supporters, is not removed from office and ‘stored away’ for life in a prison, where he can do no further harm. His habit of reshuffling staff and sacking people in various posts who he does not like or who oppose him and his behaviour and actions is also more than just idiotic and primitive. And this mad behaviour of the crazy dictator Trampel is now even rubbing off on others, for the equally unpopular and quite obviously no longer ‘repentant’ Chancellor Merz in Germany is already acting in the same way. All that is missing now is for the same thing to also take hold and be practised in Switzerland; then we would be in a right mess here as well.

As for the Swiss Government in Bern, it is quite clearly – as evidenced by the sanctions imposed by the EU dictatorship without a public vote – failing to put all truly important matters to a vote, but instead acting arbitrarily on the basis of its own decisions. This, however, is a far cry from any notion of democracy and also stands in stark contrast to the fact that the country is which has absolutely no regard for neutrality whatsoever and would be the worst possible evil with which Switzerland could burden itself and allow itself to be destroyed in the future. Thus, not only would our country’s neutrality be severely compromised, but in the long term Switzerland would cease to exist entirely as a neutral state, whilst those fit for military service would be ‘drafted’ for wars. And to add to this, it must also be said that there are even idiots and utterly lowly intelligent people, incapable of conscious, rational and sensible thought – unfortunately including lowly intelligent and idiotic Swiss men and women who are so deranged that they want to help Zelensky in Ukraine with money and are also willingly prepared to supply weapons, thereby seeking to completely ruin our country’s neutrality – as if it were not enough that the government in Bern is doing this – that really takes the biscuit. But what else can one expect from idiots and traitors other than sheer idiocy, vile treachery and all manner of evil?

It should also be noted that Switzerland is declared to be a country of ‘armed neutrality’, which accordingly maintains a very expensive, state-approved and state-run murder organisation. But what can you expect from the government of a country where treasonous, criminal and depraved politicians run rampant, who are publicly accused in the media of committing criminal or even depraved acts, such as a man from Aargau who serves or served as a cantonal politician and who, according to the charges, is alleged to have drugged and sexually abused his partner, her daughter and other victims on countless occasions – which the wretched bloke, of course, vehemently denies. And such sexual assaults, as well as domestic Gewalt, etc., occur frequently in Switzerland and are on the rise year on year, just as they do in Germany and other countries; it is simply that the public generally knows nothing about them at all, because everything is hushed up and the media report on it only very sparingly. It is only in exceptional cases that such crimes – and that is what they truly are – come to the public’s attention through the media, because lesser ‘ordinary cases’ are simply hushed up. Also, there is a deliberate silence on the matter, and efforts are made to prevent the public from being told and explained why this type of crime – and indeed why Earth-humans, and with them criminality and crime in general, have been on the rise since the year 1700, particularly in the last 90 years following the Hitler World War – to such an extent that everything has turned ‘ash-grey’. This is deliberately concealed from the public and the nations – which is very easy, because the vast majority of the world’s Earth-humans have become completely indifferent and irresponsible, degenerate, apathetic, credulous, fanatical about sport, uneducated, inactive and no longer capable of independent thought – that the sheer mass of overpopulation, numbering 10 billion human beings, brings with it and gives rise to all manner of criminality and crime. This is in addition to the fact that, through the insane machinations of the vast mass of Earth-humans, not only the planet but also nature is being destroyed to such an extent that redress is becoming virtually impossible. As I have said before, the Earth is being so thoroughly ravaged that its interior, as a result of being exploited for oil, gas and minerals, etc., is undergoing such changes that it seeks a new equilibrium, which manifests itself through earthquakes and seaquakes, as will happen, for example, in Italy in connection with Vesuvius – which is due to happen today or tomorrow, if I recall correctly. A few days later, however, the next upheaval of the Earth will take place in Guatemala, when a volcano there – which is already active – erupts, and so it will continue. But hardly anyone will pay any attention to this, not least because the vast majority of humanity will not care in the slightest what happens; for concern will only arise when, on …

Certainly not. No – I am only telling you this. And as for overpopulation, the members of the World Population Commission falsely claim that it is only from the year 2050 onwards that the Earth will be burdened with 10 billion human beings. An unparalleled lie, for we are only about 300 million short of that figure.
