Over the past two weeks there have been many earthquakes originating from the area of the northern area of the island of Cebu.
Most of these earthquakes with a magnitude greater than 4.0 have been at a depth of 10.00 km and around the city of Bogo.
e.g. Wednesday 2nd of October: ALL of 22 with magnitude greater than 4
Tuesday 1st of October: ALL of 6 with magnitude greater than 5 with one greater than 6 (6.9)
N.B. None of these magnitudes elsewhere in the Philippines.

My Deduction:
There must ne a huge DUMB under northern Cebu Island.
DUMB: DEEP UNDERGROUND MILITARY BASE
This DUMB must have been created by the “Bad Guys & Gals”!; It is sure to be connected to other DUNB’s elsewhere by tunnels.
The White Hats (allied military) must be destroying these DUMBS, after clearing them of trafficked children & others.
Unfortunately there is “collateral damage” & deaths.
