This is a quick update on my earlier post “Covid Survival”. I will add more later.
N.B. In the near future I will be informing viewers of my new website which is dedicated to Health.
Most people have faith in their doctor and/or faith in some divinity who will protect them.
Since your spirit is a fragment of the Creation (the greatest power in the universe & which was responsible for creating the universe), then you have the power to heal yourself.
If you have not been jabbed, you will know that being amongst a high density of jabbed people is a risk – such as at a supermarket. A few weeks ago my wife & I showed symptoms which indicated that we had caught Covid or the shed spike protein – despite all of the supplements we take. Fortunately I was prepared, so our illness (which was not critical) only lasted for about 2 days. I had already bought a nebuliser & so we nebulised 1% hydrogen peroxide. We also started taking quercetin & I made chlorine dioxide; it takes 2 days, so it was used to mop up any residual virus or spike.
My advice – use a simple nasal sprayer to spray 1% hydrogen peroxide (food grade – no additives) or colloidal silver into your nasal cavity & throat (also taking a deep breath). By mistake I sprayed 3% H2O2 into my nose – it stung, but no harm done. Do this before & after mixing with other people.
Buy a nebuliser – you can nebulise hydrogen peroxide, colloidal silver, baking soda & other solutions – I am investigating NAC.
Buy NAC capsules – the precursor of the bodies master antioxidant glutathione.
Those of you who are DIYers may want to make chlorine dioxide.
If you have been jabbed, you will hope that it was the placebo. You should detox. NAC would be appropriate – only about 10% reaches the bloodstream through the gut. Nebulisation my be the way to go – yet to be determined.
Here is some information which I found:
Hydrogen peroxide and viral infections: A literature review with research hypothesis definition in relation to the current covid-19 pandemic

It is proven that the virus resides in the nasal and oral mucosa.
Nose/mouth/throat washing with hydrogen peroxide may enhance those local innate responses to viral infections and help protect against the current coronavirus pandemic.
Team members and their families and friends started using 1% hydrogen peroxide for mouth washing and throat gargling to establish evidence of protection from the virus. Team members exposed to COVID-19 patients tested negative for the virus and remained healthy,
Eight front-line nurses in the COVID-19 management team at a District Hospital using hydrogen peroxide had not contracted the disease and had tested negative since May 2020 (now Jan, 2021).
In comparison, 62 of their colleagues not using hydrogen peroxide had contracted the disease by end of December 2020.

Recently, a friend who was not using hydrogen peroxide had COVID-19. His wife, three elderly children, and mother-in-law who had been with him for 5 days and who all tested positive for the virus were encouraged to use hydrogen peroxide for mouth washing, throat gargling and nose cleansing, in addition to their prescribed medications of vitamin C, Ivermectin and Zinc. After two weeks, they all tested negative. None progressed to develop clinical symptoms of the disease.
When hydrogen peroxide topical solution comes in contact with tissues that contain the enzyme catalase, the solution releases oxygen which exerts antibacterial action.
Hydrogen peroxide kills most viruses and bacteria — here’s how to use it effectively:
https://www.insider.com/guides/health/does-hydrogen-peroxide-kill-germs-and-viruses
Hydrogen peroxide does kill germs, including most viruses and bacteria.
Hydrogen peroxide works as a disinfectant by destroying essential components of germ cells, and can deactivate a wide range of microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, fungi, and spores.
According to the CDC, a concentration of 3% hydrogen peroxide can inactivate rhinovirus — the respiratory virus that primarily causes the common cold — within eight minutes.
H2O2 is unstable; it easily decomposes to H2O and a “native” or free Oxygen atom, the latter is a strong oxidant and kills germs.
H2O2 — > H2O + [O]
